TDot is the nom de plume of T. Greg Doucette, a 2009 graduate of N.C. State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.

TDot @ 1L Orientation

A formerly homeless college dropout also known by his nom de guerre TGD, one of the few things Greg values more than his Wolfpack pride is the Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science currently adorning the wall of his bedroom — which he (finally) earned after much consternation, cajoling, consoling, and other relevant alliterative verbs from the faculty and staff of one of the very best Computer Science departments in the country.

Greg is a North Carolina attorney and 2012 graduate (aka “post-L”) of the North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham, which was actually his first choice for law school.

He spends his time serving as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Small Practice Incubator and Collaboration Environment, mentoring law students as the former President of NCCU Law’s Student Bar Association and former Captain of its TYLA trial team, training student leaders across North Carolina as a two-term President Emeritus of the UNC Association of Student Governments, and happily killing hour after hour reading the awesome blawgers listed in the blogroll to the right.

law:/dev/null was Greg’s way of maintaining his sanity during law school without having to rely on the full-time psychiatrist NCCU Law keeps on staff. He now offers it up to new students to keep them sane too.

At some point in the indeterminate future, Greg will post his résumé online at tgregdoucette.com for anyone interested in stalking him.  Until then, feel free to send him an email using “tdot [at] lawdevnull.com” or find him on Twitter or on Google+ :D
