For me it’s Dashboard (weather + calendar + dictionary), switching apps with +Tab, and cut/copy/paste in that order. Didn’t realize how big a change it is between using the  key next to the spacebar and a PC’s Ctrl key on the edge of the keyboard until I tried moving chunks of an outline around

I can barely even type on PCs anymore. Plus, I rely way too heavily on the Dashboard feature. WAY too heavily.

The worst part about going back and forth is the switch between the control and command keys for shortcuts. Hands down.
